TUBE BENDING

As mentioned before, precision tube bending is our specialty. We are able to perform the most complex bends that require skills exceeding standard and common tube fabrication practices. At TBE, we excel in the art of bending to perform the most accurate bends, comply with the tightest tolerances, and offer quick turns. We excel at thin wall, tight radius custom tube bending, specialty tube fabrication, tube welding and tube end forming. In addition to our very unique, specialized skills, all work is performed in-house thus eliminating costly vendor fees. Whether you need steel, stainless steel, copper, brass or a specialized alloy, we can handle the job. With a very skilled staff, we can take on some of the toughest jobs that others may shy away from.

CNC PRECISION MILLING AND TURNING

At TBE, we specialize in machining complex shaped parts that require innovative tooling and fixturing. We are capable of holding tight tolerances in difficult to machine materials. We also offer full production machining and prototype assistance.

WELDING AND FABRICATION

Some of the most challenging metals to weld are Reactive and Refractory metals. To ensure the integrity of the joint and the heat-affected zone, close control and cleanliness is essential. We offer a variety of welding procedures in welding all types of metals using TIG (GTAW) or MIG (SMAW) along with gas welding procedures, such as silver brazing. Our highly experienced welders can handle large cumbersome parts, small parts, and everything in between.
